No. You can choose: home, gym, or minimal equipment. The plan will adjust.
Is it possible without counting calories?
Yes. There's a "simple habits" regimen (portions and meal templates)—no numbers, but control.
Is the food scanner barcode or photo?
Both scenarios are planned: barcode/packaging + dish recognition. The exact behavior depends on the region and the database.
